Using the material from the course you will create an apparel company business and the related financial books and records for the company for the period in operations for October and November of 2020.
As the apparel industry is now in a period of transition for purely depending on retail sales to incorporating a secondary digital channel through e-commerce. Through your building of your business attempt to create a financial story of going from being purely focused on brick and mortal channels to selling through e-commerce as well as through the traditional channel. Create your QuickBooks file for October as if the company is traditional retail only, and the in November make the needed entries for investment into e-commerce.
Illustrate the deployment of the e-commerce strategy into the November books and records and provide a comparison between the October Income statement and Balance sheet and the November income statement and balance sheet to illustrate the financial impact of the change in strategy.
