Imagine that you intend to establish a South African- based clothing retailer. The retailer will operate stores in at least five other countries outside the country. 
a. Briefly describe and justify your target market in each of the countries that you will be operating in (10 marks). 
b. Design and explain your business model. The model must be in the form of a graphical image showing the whole value creation process. Below the model, you must explain all the components of the model and how unique it will be compared to H&M, Zara and Uniqlo's models (30 marks). 
c. Briefly discuss any two ethical challenges that you are most likely to face in the foreign markets and explain how you will overcome these challenges (4 marks). 
d. Identify and explain any three reasons why a number of clothing retailers have been struggling in SA as compared to the international retailers that are operating in the country. In your answer, suggest solutions for the local retailers and provide valid reasons to justify your answers (15 marks).
