Create a strategy statement and performance targets for  the Strategic Plan of the company KFC Canada. In this plan, you are taking the business in a slightly new direction. The statement must include: 

A. A Mission Statement (unlike their statement today) 1. Does your mission statement tell who your customers are? 

2. Is your mission statement realistic, clear and easily understood? 
3. Is your statement motivating and does it inspire employee commitment? 

B. A Vision Statement (unlike their statement today) 1. Does your vision statement identify/clarify the direction of your unit or working group? 

2. Does your vision statement give employees a larger sense of purpose and engagement? 
3. Does your vision statement build on the strategic plan and pose a challenge? 

C. A Values/Principles Statement 1. Does it reflect the values of the company? 

2. Are they clear and easily understood? 
3. Are the in alignment with your core values? 

4. Clearly explain why this is your strategy statement and how it connects.  

5. And at least three (3) clear Performance Targets.  

1. Are these specific and achievable targets? 
2. Can you logically measure them? 
3. Clearly show a connection to your Mission, Vision and Values above?
