In the below pro forma of Income statement and Balance sheet for 2020 the following changes have been made:

1) Sales increased by 20%

2)Costs, other expenses, current asset and accounts payables are increased bt 20%

3) Dividend payout is pegged at 31% as the last year the dividend payout was 31% of the Net Income.

4) Fixed assets are assumed to be sold as given in the question to consider, and adjusted for low price than the it was in 2019 due to reduce in the price over the span of 1 year and the reason could be the depreciation as well.  

5) Retained earnings for 2020 is added to that of the previous year.
