Conduct some internet research into data analysis jobs in your industry

Being in a construction trade, all of us that perform the work require very little to no computer skills.  Everything we do is hand-ons.  The most technology I see on site is an iPad to review plans.  Excel is more of an in office tool.  Human resources and management.  They have payroll, scheduling, inventory, etc...

For me, since Im independent I am the labor, human resource and management.  I plan to learn more advance functions in Excel to better help organize my business. I have to track the same thing as any business but at a much much smaller scale.  Im currently taking Access as well.  I will apply whatever I learn from both classes to best fit my needs.
