3)VMMC reduces HIV risk for men (directly) and for women (indirectly). In Kenya, the prevalence of HIV in women is about twice the prevalence in men (Kenya National Coordinating Agency for Population and Development, 2010). To reduce transmission of HIV in the entire Kenyan population, what other strategies besides VMMC would you recommend be scaled up?
