1)The highest priority issue that my friend website is facing is that marketing. After listening to his situation I understood that his website is not known to many people because of that reason he is not getting any views and thus he is not able to even sell.
Another priority issue is that he didn't know if any competitors or any substitute websites are there which are offering same services that he is offering.
So I will advise him to first promote his website and see for any competitors or substitutes.
2) I will ask my friend to change the website settings that service in his can be seen only after registration and login. So if registration is done we will have mail id and phone number which will help us to promote the website. I will also tell me to keep a referral program that any person is referring the website and if a new person is joined on that referral code we will pay both the people. Due to this referral payment people will promote the website to all their friends. I will also tell him to take help from friends family and acquaintances to promote website.
