A City of Toronto Public Health Inspector attempted to visit tranquility spa inc. to ensure that Samen, as the registered owner- operator of the spa was using chorine as a water treatment process and that the spa water has a pH value withinthe range of 7.2-7.8 as set out in a City of Toronto By-law #428. As the Public Health Inspector was entering the front door Samen was surprised by his visit and told him to leave the property immidietely.
