This is a research project, which has a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part involves summarizing a scholarly article and the empirical part concerns conducting field research. The purpose of the empirical part is to integrate your field research data into your paper to answer your research question, or find evidence for or against a hypothesis you will formulate. Compared with your first major paper, it has a new section: the empirical part. In the course, we have practised the skills for both parts. The paper will be between two and three pages long, 12-point font, Times New Roman, double-spaced, one-inch margins. Select one of the topics below. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, it has two main sections: an article summary and your research report.
