(1) Women are treated so poorly around here, it's time for a change! We deserve the right to vote and be respected! The 19th Amendment took too long to pass! Just because I'm going out at night, partying and having the time of my life doesn't mean, my voice shouldn't be heard. I'm in love with the glamour and luxuries of being a flapper, but this isn't a game. This is the time for us women to make a change and flourish into womanhood. No one can change my viewpoint on us lovely ladies. We live the high glamour life and we make our own identities. We are superior to men.

(2) well, after a long day of work I just want to go get a drink. Unfortunately the prohibition has made that difficult for most of us drinkers. Not only do I have to find a speakeasy and not get caught, but I have to watch out for the mobsters. They are smart to sell alcohol on the black market. I bet they make a killing off of all these people who can't go without their booze. I don't foresee this prohibition lasting long. I'm afraid people will begin to riot because we should have the right to drink alcohol and no one should tell us otherwise. Hopefully it ends soon because there is so much more crime happening since it has begun.
