Review and select one of the case studies in the assignment resources to complete this assignment.
Select one of the 13 case studies provided to create a flow chart. Use a different case study than the one you used for Unit 1 Assignment 2.
Using the information from the case study, create a process map using either a process diagram or a flow chart of the EHR implementation steps that were followed. Be sure to use appropriate chart symbols.
Identify an area where improvement may have been made if the steps were in a different order. Create a new process map or flow chart using the new order.
Develop a short summary (about 300 words) as to why you think this change would make a difference.
Submit your two process maps or flowcharts along with the summary for grading.
