A fabricated batch reactor is developed using the principle of automated multiple rigid tank. An experiment is conducted in order to study the effect of partition removal towards temperature and pressure. The design of the tank basically consists of several tanks equipped together but separated by automated partitions. The tank is illustrated in Figure 1. All tanks are filled with water with different phases. It was found that, temperature and pressure will be affected when partition is removed according to the following automation discrete pattern:Partition 1 and 2 removed simultaneously. Then, partition 3 removed after 5 minutes.

a) The temperature of the tank when partition 1 and partition 2 are removed simultaneously with measured pressure is 30kPa.

b) The pressure when partition 3 is removed after 5 minutes of partition 1 and 2 removal at constant Temp.
