You are expected to apply the knowledge you have acquired from the tools and techniques taught on this module to analyse, evaluate and make solid recommendations to enhancing the supply chain of the organisation.

Your report should focus on the following key tasks:

Map the supply chain of your product (including at least 4 tiers) and identify the role of different firms/companies involved in this supply chain
Evaluate opportunities in the product lifecycle to improve sustainability
Critically analyse the potential challenges of effectively managing this supply chain and provide recommendations to address these challenges.
