A few local businesses noticed that their employees are tardy or sick most often on Fridays, compared with any other day of the week. Based on this observation:

1. Design an experiment using a between-subjects design to test why most employees are tardy or sick on Fridays.

2. Specify how your design is experimental. In other words, explain how you will use manipulation, randomization, and comparison/control in your design.
