Jack is a five year old boy who has been diagnosed with a second stage osteosarcoma of his left femur that has metastasized to his soft tissue in the area. Jack is scheduled for surgery starting at 8AM. The OR schedule booking stands for a "Resection of Osteosarcoma Left Femur, Bone Reconstruction Kotz Prosthesis, Possible Latissimus Free Flap, Possible Skin Graft. ICU bed post-op".
