Come up with five examples of using CTEs.  Your examples should do something useful.  All five of your examples can come from a single database, or can be split among them all.

For each example, include the following:

1. The name of the database used
2. The SQL command used in the example
3. A sample output (max of 10 lines)
4. A quick description of why someone would use your CTE example
