For Ch. 26 Face-Negotiation Theory, think about an experience you've had working in a group - at work or at school - when one of the group members was doing poor work and this created a problem for the group.  Which general conflict style (dominance, avoidance, or integration) did you personally use with this group member?  Which specific facework strategies did you use (see pp. 347-349 and Figure 26-1)?  How have your conflict style and facework strategies been influenced by your culture and your self-construal?  Explain.
