A bakery produces a batch of 2.000 thousand loafs of bread per hour to respond to orders of local supermarkets. Although, the owner believes that something is wrong. The company has 2 industrial ovens (one working 8h/day and the other half a shift-4hours/day). Yet, the production is runningfor the last years on a one-shift basis (instead of 3 shifts as happened in the past).
