In addition to the above items, you should submit a portfolio that contains a variety of items related to the job search process. Your portfolio should include the following items and submitted through Canvas:

• Career Goals - 1-page paper that outlines your career goals, your strengths and weaknesses as they relate to these career goals, and a plan for how you will obtain these goals.
• Projects - Include a project you had in class or in previous jobs, ideally connected to your major. Any hard examples of projects in PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, etc. will help drive home a point when you are answering interview questions. In addition to the actual project, include a brief paragraph on how you might use this to your benefit in the interview.
• Letter(s) of Recommendation -a letter to one of your references or past employers requesting them to write a letter of recommendation. Use the job for this assignment as reference when writing this letter.  Make sure you request when you need the letter.  You could also include an actual letter of recommendation that has been written for you. This should be dated, on company letterhead and physically signed by the writer.
• Involvement, Awards and/or Certificates of Achievement -about an activity that you have been a part of and what you learned in that experience.  If you have not be involved in anything, talk about an opportunity that you would like to pursue and what you might get out of the experience.
• Awards and/or Certificates of Achievement - Include any awards or certificates of achievement, include copies of those in your portfolio. If you do not have actual certificates for some awards, include a document that lists these. If you have none, please make sure you include a section in your portfolio that states that you have none to date.

My major is marketing, it can be related with that
