The Case Study

Each student will be assigned one of twelve cases found on page 231, of the text, and will be expected to

submit a 5-8-page written Case Study due in Unit Seven. While there is no specific format for the

Case Study, each paper should:

(1) Identify all the pertinent issues that management needs to address;

(2) perform whatever analysis and evaluation are appropriate;

 (3) propose an action plan and set of recommendations addressing the issues identified in (1); and
