I suggest expanding Chocolate Bliss into the country of Switzerland. Switzerland is known for their massive chocolate consumption and production. In 2017, Swiss citizens ate nearly 20 pounds of chocolate, that put them as a leading country of global chocolate consumption in that year. Two factors that would be most important to me when considering expanding to Switzerland are competition and culture. Since Switzerland is the highest chocolate consuming country, that means there is a huge array of competition for Chocolate Bliss. Switzerland is known for Lindt & Sprungli, Tolberone, and Chocolat Frey, which are just three of many massively producing chocolate companies in the country and potentially Chocolate Bliss's strongest competitors. Researching the most successful chocolate companies in Switzerland is going to be key on whether or not it is a smart choice to expand in Switzerland.

The production and consumption of chocolate has become a large part of Swiss culture. Milk chocolate was actually invented by Swiss chocolatier, Daniel Peter, in 1876. He then partnered with Henri Nestle to create the Nestle Company and introduced the mass market to milk chocolate for the first time. When considering whether or not to expand Chocolate Bliss into Switzerland, researching the culture of Switzerland as well as the factors that influence them to buy chocolate from companies such as Lindt & Sprungli and Toblerone will provide Chocolate Bliss with an ideal marketing vision.
