You are a senior manager of a microchip manufacturing company. Recently, your organization decided to have the research and development team share tools they used to develop new products with the manufacturing team that uses the tools to create microchips to sell. Having to share the tools makes it hard for both teams to accomplish their own goals. As a result, they are experiencing a lot of conflict between the two teams.
