Develop an updated organizational chart that combines all the functions of both departments into a centralized UHS HIM department.  Provide a written description of the new organizational chart including your rationale to align the jobs as depicted in the new chart.  Identify the HIM management team in the description and indicate whether or not an additional manager is needed with the new organizational structure.
