You are an IT consultant

You are an IT consultant.  This is the status of your client:
1. They have two Windows 2012 servers
2. Each server has two Virtual Machines. 

Disposition of Virtual Machines:
a.    File Server
b.    SQL database Server
c.    Web Server
d.    Application Server

3. They use 2 Terabytes of storage
4. They have 12 accountants and 6 support staff
5. They have a full time IT administrator who oversees the servers as well as helpdesk for the employees
6. They are in the Bay Area
7. They work 5 days a week from 9 to 5 PM
8. All attorneys have a Windows desktop at the office and a laptop for home and court use. 

Hint:  In real life, since the servers will soon be out of date for Microsoft support, you should consider two options, 1) replacing them with new servers and operating systems or 2) replacing them by migrating to the Cloud.  Considering both options would be too much to ask for this assignment.  

Your assignment.  You will need to estimate cost savings, if any, by using the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO.)
