After choosing a suitable topic, you should find two articles from a magazine or journal on the subject. Articles on various subjects in magazine or journals are available through JSTOR. Copy down the bibliographical information (author, title, date, etc.) of each article on a separate sheet of paper at the top, according to the MLA Style handbook (available online). In addition, you should incorporate (into your essay) relevant information from the article by Bull and others referred to by Gawande on p. 27, or Hasan, Pozzi, and Hamilton's article in British Medical Journal, referred to by Gawande on p.27, or Pisano, Bohmer, and Edmondson's article in Management Science, referred to by Gawande on p. 28.
