Think of something you would like to see implemented as a service. State your service idea clearly. You can imagine yourself as a contractor doing this or perhaps your idea is something you can relate to from past or current work. It could be something for a real or imagined company where you find yourself using the skills and technologies you've been learning about how to solve business challenges here at Conestoga. Pick one module of the Service Design Stage that you want to focus on. Clearly state and define the module you have chosen, and WHY you have chosen it. The main modules of this stage we have focused on are: • Supplier Management • Service Level Management • Availability Management • Or you can choose any other Service Design module you'd like Using your service idea, answers the following questions, of the module you have selected: • Definitions • Processes • Diagrams • Lists of steps • Anything else you know about that module that you can connect to your service.
