As the team of HR Advisors, analyze the situation and prepare an action plan for all parties involved. Be sure to include the following in a written report: 1. What are the key problems or issues? Indicate considerations for each problem area. 2. Who/why are the stakeholders that need to be involved in the solution? 3. Prepare an analysis of potential reactions of the stakeholders 4. Develop 3 recommendations based on your analysis. 5. Prepare a detailed role play where you demonstrate potential conversations for this case on a video.
