Hustlers start small, they are determined and optimistic. Setting a clear goal motivates an entrepreneur to strive and be successful. I am the kind of person who is intrinsically motivated. My internal desires for growth, self-fulfillment, and happiness motivate me. I work hard to achieve my dreams and this is one characteristic of a hustler entrepreneur. I also believe that big things start small and as long as you are goal-driven, you can endure and overcome disappointments and failure. Hustlers are motivated and they don't easily give up.
