The student will look for and carry out an analysis of the case of "Katherine Angueira Navarro vs. Parole Board, 2000 TSPR 2". After reading the case, you must do the following:   o A summary of the facts of the case   o They will indicate which were the requests of Katherine Angueira to the Parole Board   o Point out what the Parole Board told them   o Mention the decision of the Court of Appeals,   o Mention the decision of the Supreme Court of P.R. and what were the error flags.   o Carry out a critical analysis of the case.
