How has your understanding of leadership changed over the past seven weeks? In other words, how does your Leadership 2.0 prototype differ from the Leadership 1.0 version that you had in your head at the beginning of the semester? If you came to the class with a Leadership 2.0 prototype already in your head, how have the experiences from the course help confirm and/or add to your personal models and philosophies of effective leadership?
