Russ was playing golf with his friends

Russ was playing golf with his friends. It was a beautiful day. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, the wind was blowing enough to where it cooled everyone off, but not enough to interfere with the game. The temperature was perfect. While Russ was closing his eyes and breathing in the beautifulness around him, out of nowhere a ball hits him in the head. You rush to Russ even though it's your day off of the ER and you want nothing else but to enjoy this beautiful day too. You notice that Russ is saying he has double vision. You ask Russ to following your finger with his eyes. Russ can't move his eye to look inferiorly and laterally. Which cranial nerve do you think Russ is having issues with?
