Suppose we want to keep records of current credit card owners and

former credit card owners. We would like to store the following information on all the card holders: social security number, first name, last name. In addition a current card holder record must contain the credit limit while former card holder record does NOT, but has a date of card termination. 


Design classes with an abstract class to capture both current and former card holder records. Create an abstract function print() in the base class and its corresponding versions in the derived classes that prints the contents of each record. Create an instance of a current card holder and a former card holder.
