There are 3 questions to answer. 

Explain why the strategic change was initiated.

Analyse the changes made to the strategy of the organisation. 

Evaluate the strategic leadership during the change

I have decided to chose Fujifilm as the company I wish to examine and I was wondering if I could have some guidance on how to answer these questions. The first question I have had a good attempt at. Their strategic change was initiated due to technological advancements and the rise of digital tech/ cameras. However the other two I am a little confused. I must use 2-3 theories for each question. I.e. for question 2 Ansoff's matrix
