For your final project, you will create a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain an outside vendor for your organization. Your organization will be BioHuman, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company located in San Diego, CA. The company has approximately 500 employees, and you are the CISO with about only a 50% staff currently, leaving no extra time for personnel to do additional tasks. The task you are looking for the vendor to provide is the development and delivery of a Cyber Awareness Training program. The selection process will be over a 60 day period and once the contract is awarded, the vendor has six months to complete. The training needs to cover both in-house personnel as well as any clients that use any of the organizations’ systems/applications. The training also needs to be in the form of a software application that is deployable to remote users and clients. There will also be a required kick-off meeting the vendor must hold with yourself and your team within 10 days of contract award. You will use the RFP  template  and fill out the sections accordingly.
