Find a recent published article about Zambia’s performance (results) in public management.  You can choose if you want:  country's performance, an institution inside the country or a specific heatlh or educational programme (Select just one of them).

Analyze it and write an eassy with at least 300 words (for the whole assignment).

You have to make an analysis about the operational results and the processes. How do they measure their performance?  What is the impact of their performance in the citizens? Are they satisfied? What are the main difference between Zambia and the UK? (Referring to their results and the performance measurement system).

Notes:

·       Assignments should be an effort from the student to demonstrate that he/she has gone through the course lectures and readings.
