This project comes with some flexibility. You can choose the format of this submission. You can write a formal proposal, a PowerPoint presentation, or a video presentation. If you would like to use something different, please send me a message to ask for guidance before submission. Please know, that you will not be graded on your chosen format…only on the content. You should already have the research needed based on the last 3 assignments. As always, you need to cite your sources using APA format. If you are submitting a presentation in nonwritten form, please make sure to mention your source when using information and submit a written document listing those sources. All the topics previously discussed should be addressed in this presentation as well as a solid introduction and conclusion. 1Throughout the first two weeks, you have read about the importance of motivating employees within a company as well as how this is an economically wise decision. The first step in this project is to come up with your idea as to how you are going to increase motivation within the company (it can be a real or fictional company). I want you to explain the idea, and present research to support the importance of motivation (how it benefits both the company and the employee) as well as support for your idea specifically. 2 Over the last couple of weeks, we have read about accounting and decision making. We are going to apply these concepts to your idea from week 2. Provide a cost/benefit analysis for your idea. Make sure to mention any sunk or opportunity costs involved in the implementation of this program as well as the long-term increase in projected profitability. You are permitted to use fictional numbers as far as costs go, but you should provide research to support any opportunity costs or projected profitability. You can find industry averages for various program costs and projected benefits. 3 Every program has risks associated with it. This week, I want you to review your idea and provide a risk analysis. What are the potential risks involved with this program, and what processes can be put in place to manage these risks? One specific risk that I want you to discuss is related to cultural differences. Please assume that your company is a multinational corporation…will this program work in all areas of the business? If not, how can it be adapted for the other country/countries involved?
