Just as you are packing up for a week of vacation you receive a call from a client Wally Snow. Wally says that his son Sunny was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and he wished to have your firm represent Sunny. Wally does not have the details but emails you this photograph of the scene, with an arrow which shows the car Sunny was driving.

 Since you are going away for a week you will arrange for your fellow Paralegal Helter Skelter to take a statement from Sunny to support a claim for damages arising out of negligence.

 a memo (Approx 750 words) to Helter Skelter outlining what information should be taken from Sunny to be able to put together a successful claim for damages for negligence.

 Assuming that you have decided to file a Notice of Civil Claim, identify five (5) cases you will use in support of your client's case. Write a couple lines to show what point/s each case will support. 

 List the potential witnesses and other forms of evidence- example expert report; medical report etc  you will use in support of your client's case. Make short notes explaining the use of each witness or other form of evidence
