Compare the reference sequence to all the members of Group 1. What is/are the core (common) mutations in Group 1? (differences between the reference sequence and the Group 1 sequences) If the reference sequence has a T in the fourth position and all the Group 1 sequences have an A in this same position, you will report the core mutation as 4T to 4A. List all core mutations in the same manner.
