Last week we discussed “why” work in teams. This week we will discuss how to choose the topic or project we will work on as a team. Teams are organized for a number of reasons. As a professional Social Worker, I have worked on many teams and projects. Each team and/or project had a specific reason for developing.

From an academic perspective discuss the "how" related to one choosing a topic to work on as a team. View the video clip before responding. Give examples and remember your initial post is due by day 3 (Wednesday) of each week.
