Students are encouraged integrate the community and social problem included in the Community Assessment Assignment.

Written Report (3 pages-not including references) -- The following sections should be present in the Human Services Organization Change Project:

1.Apply the seven-step IMAGINE process found in Kirst-Ashman/Chapter 7 text.

My sections:

a.Innovative Idea: Statement & Description of the problem and the proposed change project.

b.Muster support & formulate an action system

i.Mission Statement of the organization and a statement on how the change project is in alignment with the organization’s mission statement.

ii.Who are the people within the agency that feel strongly about the merits of the change project? Who are the people within the community who would benefit?

iii.Action System: Identify community leaders who can support and can strengthen the quality & effectiveness of the change project.
