It's time to start moving into the active research portion of your project

It's time to start moving into the active research portion of your project. The goal of this assignment will be to show the fruits of this continuing process. You will write a bibliography, meticulously and professionally presented, following to the letter the conventions of APA or MLA ( dictated by your field) formatting.

Include with this an author's note that talks its way through your sources. What is your source? Why is it important, credible? How do you plan to use it in your paper? What potential, possibilities, problems, might you anticipate with the source?

• Try to have all 15 of your sources. You also don't have to talk about every source you list in your Author's Note. You may talk about and analyze, at minimum, 8 of your sources. You may also format this document as an annotated bibliography, with a short blurb after each source. If you do this, you don't have to write an Author's Note, as long as it all comes out to at least 800 words of writing.

To review, the elements I am looking for are:

• A professionally cited list of 15 sources
• For 8 to 15 of these sources, a writeup of:
  1. A summary of the source
  2. Evaluation of the source (for quality, ethos, validity)
  3. Reflection on how the source will be used in your project.
