Determining which procurement method is most suited to a project is often a very difficult decision, often one that is misjudged, or even ignored. Conventional selection criteria are based around the concepts of time, costs and quality, however, it should not be used as the sole basis for method selected. This is because of the underlying complexity associated with matching client needs and priorities with a particular procurement method. The purpose of this assignment is to give you the opportunity to consider and compare features of the procurement systems, construction contracts and tendering methods, then select the most appropriate arrangement of your studied project. You are required to present your report outlining your findings.
