I am asking you to follow the news relative to the government.  You are to write about a news item of your choice and think about the following:Reflect on your current understanding of the topic of the article or news item.  Respond with the following.   (1) Give a summary of the story (one of two sentences). Complete the following sentence. (2) I used to think that ………, (3) Now I think ………….There are several issues that are in the news:  Police Shootings, immigration, public schools, election, fake news, Gun Control, Tax Policy etc.  You may use any source for the news (TV, newspaper, radio or magazine).  Be sure to cite the source in your response.   You have to complete of  ten of these assignment with different topics.
