Examples of operational analysis would include things like layout, service levels, ordering process, delivery process, or any interaction between the company and its customers. Discuss and evaluate the overall strengths and weaknesses of the operation. (SWOT) 4. Identify and focus on one primary weakness. Add additional and related weaknesses if appropriate. 5.
