4. Andrea Yates married a highly religious man. At his insistence, they lived in a

trailer and planned on having as many children as God gave them. Ms. Yates was suffering from such severe post-partum depression that her gynecologist recommended to her and her husband that they stop having children and go on birth control (which he refused to do). She home schooled her children (though she was overwhelmed and suffering from severe depression) because her husband wanted that. At what point does his responsibility start?
