A method to measure the outcome that can be generated to collect the data is by using interviews and using questionnaires. This method can be employed by the researcher where he/she can give out questionnaire forms to the residents of the area where the research has been carried out to fill in. those forms contain the researcher’s desire questions which are aimed to be of necessity to the results aimed at when caring the research.

The researcher will collect the data, who will guide the residents of the research setting to fill in the questionnaire andwhen interviewing them to get a satisfactory answer to the purpose of the research.

For this Discussion, you evaluate group research design methods that can be used for an outcome evaluation of a foster parent training program. You also generate criteria to be measured in the program.
