Section 1: Over-all Museum Experience

  2. What was your over-all impression of the museum? What did you find surprising? Disappointing? Exciting?
  3.  As you wandered around, what did you discover about the museum that you really appreciated? (talk about your experience, not an individual piece of art)

Section 3:  Principles of Design

 

For this section, please choose 2-3 of the works that you have just discussed above. Analyze the principles of design used in each of the works. Please be sure that you talk about each of the 6 principles of design at least once. Be sure that you name the work you are discussing, Do your best! I will give you credit for trying – it’s not easy to automatically see the principles right away.  You’ll probably need to spend a bit of time with each piece. As long as you explain WHY you think what you think, you’ll do just fine.
