In this assignment, we ask you to imagine the “future you.” You have graduated with your I/O degree, and as an I/O professional, you have been invited to prepare a session that fits the theme of “I/O + HR = Workplace Solutions.” Individuals attending this conference are your peers in various roles in I/O and in human resources—both practitioners and scholars from various industries.

Within your area of expertise, please provide your recommendations for the strategic level and daily practices, keeping in mind our participants attend from all various industries.
