Two water tanks whose constant cross-sectional areas are 8 m2 and 3.9 m2 stand on a horizontal floor and are connected by the pipe system as shown in the Figure. Both pipes in the system have equivalent coefficient of friction = 0,01 with D1 = 12 cm, L1 = 60 m, D2 = 24 cm, and L2 = 120 m. If the initial difference of surface levels is 2.5 m, how long will it take before these two surfaces coincident? Take all the losses into account.                 [20]
